1.0 Account
1.1 Account Creation
This account is required for activities such as purchasing courses or submitting courses for publication. During account setup and maintenance, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
1.2 Account Ownership
The person who signs up for the Service will be considered the Account Owner and the contracting party under these Terms of Service. The Account Owner is authorized to use the account provided in connection with the Service.
1.3 Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your account and all activities that occur under it, including any harm or damage caused by unauthorized use. You must keep your password secure and are prohibited from transferring your account to another person or using someone else’s account.
1.4 Account Access
Access to an account will only be granted if you can provide sufficient information to prove ownership. In the event of a user’s permanent disability, the account will be closed.
1.5 Transaction Fees
A transaction fee, calculated as a percentage of the course price, will be charged when a student purchases a course. This fee may be updated from time to time. No fees are charged for viewing or downloading courses.
1.6 Course Listing Fees
A fee per transaction applies when someone purchases your course, coaching, or training. These fees may change periodically. You agree to stay informed about current pricing and acknowledge that fees are not material to your content listing.
2.0 Payment and Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Processing
RatedAcademy is not a payment platform. All monetary transactions must be processed through our approved payment gateways.
2.2 Payment Processor Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy of our payment processors, which may be updated from time to time. You must provide accurate and complete information for payment processing and authorize RatedAcademy to share this information with payment processors.
2.3 Payouts
Course creators may request payouts once they meet the minimum withdrawal amount, which may be updated periodically. If you encounter any issues with wrongful debit transactions, please contact [email protected] immediately.
2.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including federal, state, local, or other governmental charges.
2.5 Refund Policy
Because these courses are digital and often belong to creators who get paid upon course purchase, RatedAcademy operates a case-by-case refund policy. Users are required to carefully consider the course descriptions and course content before purchasing courses.
3.0 General Conditions and Accepted Usage of Platform
3.1 Lawful Use
You must use the platform in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include transmitting viruses or malware and using the platform to harm any person or entity.
3.2 Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not permitted on our platform:

* Content promoting violence or unlawful activity.
* Discriminatory, defamatory, or hateful content.
* Content infringing on intellectual property rights or privacy.

RatedAcademy may provide services to your competitors and does not promise exclusivity in any market segment.

RatedAcademy reserves the right to disable accounts abusing email services for illegal activities.
